Our Return Policy

At Le Petit Look, each item is carefully inspected and described prior to listing. As our products are second-hand and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives in a condition significantly different from its description (for example, a major flaw or damage not disclosed), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photographs of the issue and a brief description in your email to contact@lepetitlook.com.au or use our Contact Us page. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the matter.

Reselling with us

When your child has outgrown an item purchased from Le Petit Look, you are welcome to return it to us through our Sell with us program. We will resell it on your behalf in accordance with our consignment terms, helping to extend the life of quality garments and support sustainable fashion. Find more information on our Sell page.
