Shipping Costs
Enjoy FREE delivery on all domestic orders over $70.
For orders under $70, Sendle’s rates are based on parcel size + delivery zone and are guaranteed to be cheaper than Australia Post for common weight categories. As an example, a 500 g satchel sent within the same city is approximately $8.28 (including GST), which is nearly $2.87 cheaper than Parcel Post. For ultra-light parcels (250 g), Sendle Pouch rates start from $5.96 and can be as low as $3.98 if sent on a Premium or Pro plan.
Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Domestic Only
We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.
Returns Overview
As our products are second-hand and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item arrives in a condition significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our door to yours.
