At Le Petit Look, we ship all orders with Australia Post, Australia’s trusted national postal service. Every parcel is carefully packed and tracked to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Shipping Costs

Enjoy FREE delivery on all domestic orders over $70.

For orders under $70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight and delivery location, in line with Australia Post rates.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
Regional areas: 4 to 8 business days
Remote areas: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Domestic Only

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.

Returns Overview

As our products are second hand and one of a kind, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives in a condition significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. Resell With Us

When your child outgrows an item purchased from Le Petit Look, you can return it through our Sell With Us program for resale under our consignment terms. This helps extend the life of quality garments and reduce waste. Learn more on our Sell page.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
