These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing through our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Le Petit Look is a boutique Australian-based online store offering curated second-hand French baby clothes. We also provide a consignment service that allows customers to resell their children’s French brand clothing through our platform.

2. Products & Sizing

Product Condition - We take great care in selecting quality garments. All items are pre-owned but in excellent to like-new condition unless otherwise stated. In each product description, we clearly indicate the condition category (excellent, good, or fair) and do our best to note any specific flaws or signs of wear. While we strive for accuracy, please note that items are second-hand and may show minimal signs of gentle use, colours may appear differently on screens due to lighting or monitor settings.

French Sizing - French baby clothing sizes are based on your child’s height in centimetres (cm), not just age. For example, 68 cm ≈ Australian size 00 (3–6 months) and 80 cm ≈ Australian size 1 (12 months). We include both the label size (in cm) and an approximate Australian size/age reference in each product description to help guide you. If unsure, we recommend sizing up. Some French brands can run a little smaller or larger than Australian sizing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable). Payments are processed securely via Shopify using third-party providers such as credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay. Orders must be paid in full at checkout to be confirmed.

4. Shipping

We offer delivery across Australia using Sendle (a carbon-neutral delivery partner). Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies on orders over $70. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will assist in locating delayed packages.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (second-hand and one-of-a-kind), we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives in a condition significantly different from the description (e.g. large tear or flaw not disclosed), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem.

Outgrown it? Resell it with Us! - When your little one outgrows the item, you don’t have to say goodbye forever. We’ll take it back and help you resell it through our platform. You will earn 50% of the resale price. Learn more on our Sell With Us page.

6. Consignment Service (Sell With Us) If you send your items to us for consignment: we accept only French baby clothing brands (e.g. Jacadi, Petit Bateau, Cyrillus, Obaibi, Kiabi ... ) in sizes 000 to 5. Items must be in excellent condition, clean, and meet our brand/style guidelines; you will receive 50% of the final sale price for each item sold.

We will photograph, list, price, and promote your item; items are listed for up to 90 days; unsold items can be returned to you (flat return shipping fee applies), donated to a local partner charity, or discounted for clearance; payouts are made monthly via bank transfer for items sold. 7. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services, and not copy or reproduce our content, product descriptions, or images without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access if we suspect misuse.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Le Petit Look is not liable for loss or damage resulting from website errors or interruptions, shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, or any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
